What is the difference
between U-PVC and PVC-U?
There is no difference.
It was changed officially in the
1980s to PVC-U to fall in line
with European Union.
What does PVC-U stand for?
PVC - Polyvinyl Chloride, U -
Un-plasticised.
What colour options do I
have?
There are several colours you
can choose from with double
glazing. You can
choose White, Rosewood, Oak,
Mahogany or combinations with
White. Also for 2009
- the NEW artisan range -
variety of colours including
red, black and blue.

What is a composite door?
The high performance
fibreglass door combine superior
traditional
wood effect aesthetics with low
maintenance technology.
Fibreglass door leafs will not

Will I need planning
permission for a conservatory?
Well this all depends on what
type of property you are
extending from e.g. detached
/semi-detached or terraced house.

A detached /
semi-detached house can add
up to 70 cubic metres or 15%
of the un-extended house
volume up to a maximum of
115 cubic metres.

A terraced property can
add up to 50 cubic metres or
10% of the un-extended house
volume up to a maximum of
115 cubic metres.
